This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in collections and banking operations.Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling Executives ●Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment reminders●Follow up on pending dues and provide account status information●Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and record customer responses●Handle customer queries with clarity and professionalism●Achieve daily/weekly calling and recovery targetsField Executives ●Conduct field visits to customers for overdue payment follow-up●Deliver notices, collect documents, and support on-ground recovery activities●Coordinate with team leaders on field routes and visit plans●Manage sensitive cases professionally and escalate when needed●Ensure timely visit reports and portfolio updatesRequirements●1–3 years of experience in telecalling or field collections●Good communication & negotiation skills●Basic understanding of loans/overdues (training will be provided)●For Field Executives: Must be comfortable with field travel●Ability to handle customers politely and professionally●DRA Certification ismandatoryGood to Have●Experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, or fintech collections●Ability to communicate in Kannada/Hindi/English●Basic smartphone & documentation handling skillsHow to ApplyEmail your CV/Resume to:  Subject: “Field/Telecalling Executive – Bengaluru” + Name + Mob No
