Project Lead

Role Summary ScatterPie is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in handling Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Analytics projects . The role requires managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Create detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure smooth execution of all project phases and manage interdependencies. Define clear project objectives and communicate them to internal & external teams. 2. Stakeholder Management Engage with clients, leadership teams, and technical groups to gather requirements and define deliverables. Ensure expectations are aligned, documented, and communicated effectively. 3. Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams including BI developers, data engineers, QA testers, and analysts. Provide direction, mentoring, and conflict resolution to ensure effective team collaboration. 4. Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Track, communicate, and resolve project issues proactively. 5. Budget & Cost Management Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and overall financial health of the project. Provide periodic budget and progress reports to leadership. 6. Change & Quality Control Handle change requests, impact assessments, and approvals systematically. Ensure quality standards, testing processes, and documentation are followed throughout the project lifecycle. 7. Reporting & Documentation Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and delivery updates. Maintain all project documents, schedules, change logs, and communication records. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of overall experience with minimum 5+ years in managing BI/Analytics projects . Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense —ability to understand dashboards, reporting structures, and data visualization requirements. Hands-on experience delivering projects involving: Data management & analytics Visualization platforms Reporting automation Experience working with tools/environments such as AWS, Azure, Jira, Azure DevOps , or similar. Good understanding of: Data modeling Database optimization Scalable data integration workflows Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities.
