Job Description :


We're seeking passionate QA Engineers with experience in product-based companies to ensure the quality and scalability of our enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a diverse team, conducting manual tests and driving automation initiatives to maintain product stability and excellence.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test cases, ensuring alignment with release and sprint backlogs.

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to synchronize test activities.

- Document test processes and provide clear progress reports.

- Mentor junior team members on testing methodologies and domain knowledge.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Contribute to both manual testing and automation efforts, maintaining a balance of 60% manual and 40% automation.

Requirements (Must Haves) :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7-9 years of experience.

- Proficiency in manual and automation testing within a product-based environment.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders effectively.

- Solid understanding of software requirements and user stories.

- Experience working in agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).

- Proficiency in bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, and TestRail.

- Hands-on experience testing Windows desktop applications built with C# and WPF.

- Familiarity with automation testing tools like Ranorex and Python.

Requirements (Nice to Have) :

- Familiarity with BIM & CAD tools like AutoCAD, Revit, etc.

- Understanding of the construction domain and digital layout software.
