Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer Work Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Experience: 5+ Years (Minimum 5 years relevant) We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with strong experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The role requires hands-on expertise in .NET technologies, cloud-native development, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and modern CI/CD practices. The candidate must be capable of taking technical ownership, contributing to solution architecture, mentoring team members, and collaborating across global teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based enterprise applications with strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance. Lead solution architecture, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. Build cloud-native solutions following SDL and DevSecOps principles. Develop and deploy applications using Kubernetes (OpenShift/Rancher) and Docker. Implement CI/CD pipelines, IaaC (Terraform), and modern monitoring/observability practices. Work with microservices, REST APIs, CQRS, PubSub/Kafka, SQL, and messaging systems. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and global teams. Stay updated with .NET and cloud technology trends and drive adoption within the team. Required Technical Skills .NET Framework/Core, C#, MVC Web API (REST), Microservices, CQRS SQL Server; Entity Framework Messaging: RabbitMQ, Kafka, PubSub Docker, Kubernetes (mandatory) Azure Cloud; AWS exposure preferred DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins TDD, unit testing (nUnit/xUnit) Observability, Monitoring tools Experience Requirements (Minimum) Kubernetes: 3+ years High availability/performance solutions: 4+ years C#/.NET: 10+ years, Web API: 8+ years PubSub/Observability: 6+ years AWS Cloud: 4+ years; Private Cloud: 1+ year DevSecOps & Terraform: 3+ years Customer-facing systems: 4+ years Financial or regulated industries: 5+ years Global team experience: 2+ years Atlassian tools: 1+ year
