At HDFC Securities Design, we use research-based problem-solving methodologies to create digital solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences. Our UX researchers gather insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points, while our UX designers bring the psychological aspects of human behavior, like habits and motivations, to the designs they build. On top of that, our UI designers create stunning designs that make our products not just functional but also incredibly fun to use.

What We Expect From You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Lead who can lead our team in creating exceptional digital experiences that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for leading the design process from ideation to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading usability testing and user feedback sessions to validate design solutions. You will also be responsible for managing the UX team's workload, mentoring and coaching team members, and monitoring the growth and revenue of the product you have designed.
