MBSE Specialist

We are looking for a skilled MBSE Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, specifically in Capgemini Technology Services India Limited.

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex system models using MBSE tools and techniques.
• Conduct thorough analysis and testing of system models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on MBSE best practices.
• Participate in the development of new MBSE processes and standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and technologies.
• Experience working with Capgemini Technology Services India Limited or similar companies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and techniques is an asset.
