Location : Bangalore, KA-India.

Job Summary :

- Data Services Project Lead should be an expert in Project Management area and is responsible for executing approved projects by breaking down the project into work stream tasks and assigning those to the development team.

- Tasks are then monitored and expected completion dates are shared with project requesters through weekly touch points or other communication methods.

Responsibilities :

- Working closely with business & IT stakeholders and understand business requirements.

- Understand project handoff from governance approval.

- Break down project into work stream tasks and monitor progress.

- Create tasks and assign in Azure DevOps.

- Set up sprint plans to determine project/tasks completion timelines.

- Lead daily stand ups and weekly update meetings to track the project progress.

- Lead different project management touch points based on the size of the project.

- Be able to provide project updates to leaders when asked.

- Should be able to provide architectural guidelines.

Required Skillsets :

- Should have good Project Management Skills with 6+ years of experience in leading development teams in agile environment.

- Should have at least 4+ years of working experience in Manufacturing domain.

- Should have good working experience in Data Modelling.

- Extensive working Knowledge in Azure DevOps using Epics/Features/User Stories/Tasks.

- Understanding of Snowflake SQL commands to help validating data is a nice to have.

- Be able to multitask between multiple requesters, driving current project tasks, and reporting sprint results to leaders.

- Must be organized with project hand offs, email requests, and project updates.

- Should be able to break down projects into deliverables, estimate work, assigned out, follow up with results.

- Understanding of agile principles and IT project management a nice to have.

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and conceptualization skills.

- Should have strong leadership, customer focus and influential skills.

Work Timings : 1:00PM to 10:00PM IST (Approx.).

Exp : 10 to 15 years
