This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, solve complex problems, and continuously improve the solutions we manage. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your skills through structured learning and Microsoft certifications. In this role, you will: Monitor and manage production Data & Analytics solutions to ensure performance and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and technical issues across Azure-based data platforms Develop and deploy enhancements and optimisations to existing solutions Build and configure automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual effort Work directly with end-users and customers, providing expert support and guidance We'll invest heavily in your on-going development through access to formal training, in-house development sessions, mentoring, and external gatherings. We cover the cost of study for Microsoft certification exams to make sure you reach your full potential, and you will have personal development time allocated to ensure you have time to learn.
