Job Description:We are looking for a creative and motivated

Social Media Strategist

to join our team. In this role, you will support the execution of social media strategies, manage content creation, and oversee the daily operations of client social media accounts. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, has strong communication skills, and can effectively balance creativity with analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:Manage social media profiles for assigned clients across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.Maintain a consistent posting schedule, adhering to client-specific brand guidelines and strategies.

2. Content Planning and Creation:Collaborate with designers and writers to create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and reels.Develop monthly content calendars and strategies tailored to client objectives.

3. Performance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and content using analytics tools.Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.

4. Community Engagement:Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.Foster a sense of community around the client's brand by initiating discussions and interactions.

5. Trend Monitoring:Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Provide recommendations to clients and internal teams based on emerging trends and insights.

6. Collaboration:Work closely with the account management and strategy teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.Assist in brainstorming and planning innovative campaign ideas for clients.

Key Skills and Competencies:Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.Basic proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.Analytical mindset with experience using insights tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social media platform analytics.Excellent communication skills with a flair for creative writing and storytelling.Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.A proactive attitude with the ability to handle challenges and deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a digital marketing agency.Proven ability to execute and optimize social media strategies to drive engagement and results.
