Job descriptionAs a Salesforce Architect at adesso, you will play a critical role in guiding our customers through the strategic design and implementation of Salesforce-based IT architectures. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, strong technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to deliver exceptional value to our clients.Responsibilities:•Strategic Consulting: Provide expert guidance to clients on aligning their IT strategies with Salesforce-based architectures, offering valuable insights into platform capabilities and limitations.•Solution Design: Conceptualize and design complex Salesforce solutions that address client needs while considering best practices, scalability, and maintainability.•Evaluation and Support: Evaluate solution designs, low-code and pro-code tools, and provide support to other project team members to ensure successful project execution.•Integration and Identity Management: Develop and manage requirements for integrations, identity management, sharing, and deployment processes within the Salesforce platform, seamlessly integrating it into the customer's IT landscape.•Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales department to assist in the preparation of quotations by considering IT trends, solution architecture, and effort estimation.•Continuous Development: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technologies through self-study using resources like Trailhead, participate in product training, engage with our adesso Salesforce Architects Community, seek personal coaching, and pursue further certifications to enhance your Salesforce expertise.Requirements:•Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.•Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified System and/or Application Architect.•A strong customer-focused mindset, with an ability to understand and address client needs effectively.•Exceptional team orientation and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.•Several years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform in roles such as technical consultant, and having a European/International Customer Experience.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Employment Type : Full-timeJob Location : CochinIf you are a motivated Salesforce Architect who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to clients, we would love to hear from you.
