Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive targeted traffic and achieve ROI goals. Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources based on performance analysis and campaign objectives. Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to optimize ad targeting and maximize campaign effectiveness. Create compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals to capture audience attention and drive conversions. Monitor campaign performance metrics closely, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid advertising, implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and product to ensure alignment and support overall marketing objectives. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to identify opportunities for improvement and refine campaign strategies. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and refine targeting parameters, ad formats, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate:

3-6 years of experience with B2C clients for the US market. Expertise: Performance Marketing, Paid media, google ads, meta ads, TikTok ads, traffic, lead generation and acquisition. Willing to work in the US Shift.
