Job Overview:We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer who has testing experience in SAP to join our team and help ensure the quality and efficiency of our procurement processes using the SAP platform for a Banking client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing SAP functionalities and other related features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements, perform system integration testing (SIT), support user acceptance testing (UAT), and support the overall software implementation lifecycle

.Job Specific Duties & Responsibilities:Ability to understand requirements and technical reference documents and be able to review and escalate any issues/gaps during the initial stage of the project.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP implementations and updates.Ensure end-to-end testing of SAP configurations and business processes to verify their alignment with business requirements.Validate the integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.Ability to report test results to the leads and defect reporting.Log and manage defects in defect-tracking tools (Jira).Ability to understand, troubleshoot and differentiate defects, data issues and requirement gaps.Responsible for on-time delivery and timely escalations/update of risks, issues, status and exemptions to leadership.Effective communication with the team, leadership, internal and external customers covering all aspects of team needs.Collaborate with business users and technical teams to validate defect fixes and re-test impacted areas.Assist business users during UAT and other testing phases by providing support and providing feedback for improvement.Awareness of different software development and QA methodologies.Stay up to date with the latest automation tools, technologies and trend
