Co-founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni Aditya Goenka and Aditya Kachave , we empower millions of learners and are now building an advanced Algo Trading Platform for high-performance, low-latency automated trading.We are expanding our core technology team and seeking a Full-Stack Developer who can build high-performance backend systems and elegant front-end interfaces that power next-gen trading infrastructure.What You’ll BuildYou will design and develop components that:✅ Power real-time algorithmic trading✅ Process high-frequency market data✅ Deliver fast, scalable UI experiences✅ Integrate with brokers, market APIs & live trading feedsThis is a hands-on role with direct impact on live trading & user-facing platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend (Golang)Build and optimize low-latency market data and execution systemsImplement high-performance modules using GolangWork with sockets, networking, and real-time data processingIntegrate trading APIs, data feeds & broker platformsPerform performance tuning and code optimizationParticipate in architecture and code-review discussionsFrontend (React)Build responsive, high-performance UIs using React.jsImplement modular, clean, scalable front-end componentsIntegrate REST APIs & ensure smooth data flowCollaborate with product & design on UX/UIRequired SkillsBackend:Proficiency in Golang (concurrency, performance tuning)Strong data structures & system-design skillsExperience with real-time systems / network programmingFamiliarity with Linux, shell scriptingFrontend:Strong skills in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3Hooks, Redux/State Management, REST APIsGit, bundlers (Webpack/Vite), debugging skillsAdditional1–3 years hands-on development experienceProblem-solver with strong debugging & communication skills(Preferred) 2+ years Golang backend experienceBonus PointsExperience in algo/quant trading systemsFIX protocol or market data knowledgeNext.js, Tailwind, TypeScript, Python, Rust, Docker, KubernetesCloud platforms (AWS/GCP)Why Work With UsWork on cutting-edge algorithmic trading techDirect influence on production trading systemsMentorship from IIT founders & senior engineersRemote-first culturePerformance-driven growth + real ownershipBuild tech used by millions of learners & traders
