Senior Associate Analytics (Sr. Data Scientist)

Position Summary

Responsible for designing and implementing our AI/ML products, managing the end-to-end execution and development of product features, and contributing to product vision and strategy.

Experience

4-6 years of relevant experience in problem solving, data analytics in consulting projects and / or product development

Qualification

Holds degree in Engineering, Math or other Science

What will you be expected to do?

  • Gathering and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI and predictive modeling working with Product Management
  • Working on multiple work-streams including data manipulation, automation and analyzing large data sets to find useful relationships, trends and generate ideas that impact overall profitability of the business
  • Strong understanding of business problems from domain experts and gathering user requirements, develop business case (revenue yield, cost savings from enhanced productivity)
  • Analyzing raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
    Communicating complex concepts and the results of the analyses to technical and non-technical audience
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good team player

Skills Required

  • Must have experience in ML, Python, NLP, Deep Learning.
  • Knowledge of databases, schemas and data extraction from finance/accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Working in agile development methodologies. Know how to develop Epics, Features and Stories and refine the backlog appropriately for the team.
  • Good sense of prioritization and time management
  • Ability to make effective independent decisions
