JOB DESCRIPTION: Social Media Manager Cum Content Farm Manager (CFM) Role: Full-Time Experience: 7+ years in social media management Reports to : Digital Head Salary Package -45k-75k Per Month Location - Sector 66 Noida Working Days -6 About the Role We're looking for a Content Farm Manager who can run, optimize, and grow a large-scale short-form content engine. You will lead a team, streamline workflows, oversee publishing, and ensure every page performs at its best. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Team & Operations Lead a team of editors, designers, and posting executives Create smooth workflows and SOPs for editing, posting & quality checks Coordinate with the main YouTube long-form team for sync & content alignment Content Planning Plan daily & weekly short-form content schedules Approve reels/shorts before publishing Ensure consistency in quality, style & branding Growth & Performance Track analytics for 100+ Instagram & YouTube pages Spot viral trends and guide your creative teams Identify low-performing pages and revive them Own daily/weekly performance reporting to leadership What We're Looking For (Required Skills) Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms Experience managing multiple social media pages Ability to run high-volume content pipelines Knowledge of short-form editing styles, hashtags & basic SEO Strong leadership & communication skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Experience with Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite & YT Studio What Makes This Role Attractive (Add these to attract more candidates who normally skip high-pressure JDs) Opportunity to lead one of India's largest short-form content ecosystems Fast growth role - huge learning curve in content scaling Work with a highly creative, energetic digital team Freedom to experiment with trends & formats Clear scope for becoming Content Operations Head in the future Who Should Apply People who love short video content & understand trends Leaders who can manage teams and fast-paced workflows Candidates who've worked in agencies, creator teams, media networks, or YouTube operations Professionals who've handled multiple pages but want to scale up
