With strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, you thrive in dynamic environments, consistently delivering high-quality, creative solutions.Who are we?We are an early-stage deep-tech start-up revolutionizing manufacturing with our compact metal 3D printers that bring metal part production straight to your desk.Key Responsibilities:Create appealing UI with proper UX for various platforms of ThinkMetal.Develop functional prototypes of software in collaboration with the team.Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.Research and select visuals that strategically convey ThinkMetal's message.Generate design solutions, concepts, and sample layouts creatively.Produce original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables.Conceptualize and create animations to enhance storytelling and user experience.Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, ensuring responsiveness.Adhere to visual systems, including brand identity, production quality, and style guide.Design regular social media updates for customer engagement and investor updates.Analyze and capture the interest of different customer bases with relevant content.Strategize and design marketing materials for print or broadcast media.Create content for ThinkMetal's social media platforms, including YouTube and LinkedIn.Generate content for blogs and newsletters.Requisites:Bachelor's or Master's in Design (Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Communication Design).Strong understanding of the market and creating content for social media, websites, brochures, etc.Extensive knowledge of social media platforms.Proficiency in design software: Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects.Experience with AI, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, and Figma.Flexibility and openness to suggestions and feedback.Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented applications, development techniques and theories.Added advantage:Past experience working with a deep-tech hardware startup.Previous experience with videography.Experience working in a design team.Up-to-date knowledge of design software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strategic and creative brand market positioning to enhance brand visibility.GuidelinesPlease attach your latest CV with a self-declaration stating that the provided information is factually correct and true to the best of your knowledge.
