Job Title: Senior React Native Developer (Mandatory Healthcare Mobile App)
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 4+ years
Employment Type: Contract (with an option to hire as permanent)
Duration: 6 months (with option to extend)

Role Description
Collaborate with the product management and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using React Native for healthcare mobile applications.
Implement responsive UI components and ensure cross-platform compatibility across iOS and Android devices.
Integrate third-party APIs and services, such as healthcare data systems, authentication, and payment gateways, while ensuring data security and privacy compliance.
Optimize application performance, including speed and responsiveness, and conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile development, particularly in the healthcare domain.
Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the delivery of robust and reliable applications.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
·     Work closely with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and end-users, to gather feedback and iterate on application features for enhanced user experience and functionality.
What you’ll have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4-5 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development using React Native, with a focus on healthcare applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related libraries and frameworks (e.g., Redux, Axios) for front-end development.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, including responsive design and platform-specific UI guidelines.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming concepts.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications or training in mobile app development, healthcare IT, or related fields would be a plus.
