We’re hiring for Creative Designer Head Location : Founder’s Office – Noida | Type: Full-time | Urgent Hiring Salary: 7 LPA to 8.5 LPA (Fixed) About Effora Effora is a fast-growing premium D2 C brand in personal care (beauty, wellness, fitness). We’re looking for a Creative Designer Head who can bring visual art to life with timeless, impactful design. Responsibilities • Design static creatives, 2 D & 3 D motion videos, website UI, and video edits. • Lead brand identity across all touchpoints. • Collaborate with marketing & product teams for campaigns. • Ensure premium aesthetics aligned with D2 C standards. Requirements • 4–5 years of experience in D2 C premium/lifestyle brands. • Strong portfolio in design, motion, UI, and video editing. • Mastery of tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro (Cinema4 D/Blender is a plus). • Ability to blend creativity with functionality and brand storytelling.
