We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Inspector to join our Quality Team on a full-time basis:

Major Responsibilities:

Developing calibration methods and techniques based on principles of measurement science, technical analysis of measurement problems, and accuracy and precision requirements. Designing, implementing, and maintaining calibration systems that measure characteristics of objects. Identifying and correcting measurement errors, as well as ensuring that measurement instruments comply with set standards and regulations. Performing routine calibration and adjustment of instrumentation and equipment to ensure precision and accuracy in measurements. Creating and maintaining calibration documentation and records, including certificates of calibration, calibration procedures, and calibration logs. Collaborating with quality teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements, such as ISO , ISO/IEC , Conducting uncertainty analysis to determine the limits of reliability and applicability of measurement instruments and equipment. Specifying calibration standards and equipment required for calibrations and ensuring that they are maintained in a calibrated state. Providing technical support and training to other employees on calibration processes and the proper use of measurement and testing equipment. Investigating new calibration equipment and techniques to improve measurement accuracy, reduce uncertainties, and streamline processes. Coordinating with external calibration services when in-house capabilities are insufficient, and ensuring that external calibrations are performed to appropriate standards. Participating in the development and improvement of product design by providing input on measurement and calibration issues.

Requirements

Academic/Professional: Education BE /`Diploma (Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentations, Electronics and Communication Engineering)

Relevant Experience: Min. 4 years Technical Skills/Knowledge IPC , Basic Electronic Knowledge.
