Job Summary

TOOZ is looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Enthusiast to manage and grow our presence across all social media platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging content, running ad campaigns, and driving brand awareness to attract customers to our exclusive outlets and website. You’ll work with an amazing team, ideating and implementing strategies from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy: Create and execute bold marketing strategies to grow our presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Team up with the founder to brainstorm and roll out creative offline and store-level campaigns that resonate with our audience.2. Community Engagement: Keep our social pages buzzing with regular posts, fun updates, and genuine interactions. Build meaningful relationships by quickly responding to comments, DMs, and WhatsApp messages—because happy customers = loyal customers3. Content Creation & Design: Design eye-catching posters, snappy videos, and scroll-stopping content using tools like Canva, Inshot, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. Work with internal teams and agencies to deliver engaging visuals and compelling copy for campaigns.4. Ads & Campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage targeted paid advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, and attract the right customers.5. Analytics & Customer Insights: Dive into the data Track performance, spot trends, and turn insights into smarter marketing strategies that wow our customers.6. Influencer Collaboration: Engage and partner with influencers to amplify brand visibility, foster creative collaborations, and drive meaningful engagement.

Qualifications

1. Education: MBA or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.2. Passion Over Papers: Candidates with a genuine interest in social media marketing / content creation are encouraged to apply, regardless of background.3. Experience: 0-3 years in social media management, content creation, and running paid ads is preferred.4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.5. Proficiency in Content Creation tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and basic video editing tools.6. Excellent communication and creative content creation skills.
