About the Role :We are seeking a Backend Engineer (SDE-2) with 3–5 years of experience,preferably with strong expertise in Go (Golang). As an SDE-2, you will play a keyrole in designing and scaling backend systems, mentoring junior engineers, anddriving best practices in software development. This position is ideal for engineerswho want to work on complex product development challenges while contributingto both technical depth and team growth.Key Responsibilities :Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backendsystems and APIs.Own and drive end-to-end feature delivery, from design to production.Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders.Mentor and guide SDE-1s and interns, ensuring high-quality code practices.Ensure code quality, testing, and reliability in production systems.Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.Contribute to architectural discussions and propose scalable solutions.Qualifications & Skills :3–5 years of professional backend development experience.Strong expertise in Go (Golang); experience in Java/Python/Node.js is anadvantage.Solid understanding of system design, microservices architecture, andRESTful APIs.Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & No SQL) and queryoptimization.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms(AWS/GCP/Azure).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging frameworks.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Nice to Have :Experience in distributed systems, caching, and event-drivenarchitecture (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, etc.)Prior experience in product-based or startup environments.Ability to handle ownership of modules and critical features independently.What We Offer :Opportunity to work on high-impact product features at scale.A fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with mentorship and leadershipopportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits.A collaborative, innovation-driven team culture.
