Social Media Analyst

Seeking a Social Media Specialist with experience in all aspects of social media marketing, including aligning social with overall digital marketing strategy, planning organic and paid social campaigns, writing posts, using post scheduling tools, creating post visuals, driving engagement, engaging thoughtfully and effectively with partner/customer/other stakeholder posts, establishing goals/monitoring progress/reporting to management, and working closely with other marketing groups, sales, corporate leadership and the broad employee base to amplify social presence and create advocates of everyone. Must be an expert at organic strategies and tools and experience managing organic for a B2B software company.
Responsibilities
Contributes to the Fosfor marketing strategy by leveraging social media to increase brand awareness, engage with prospects, partners, and customers, and increase traffic to the website.
Develops and executes social media marketing strategy aligned with and contributing to overall marketing strategy.
Defines social media performance metrics aligned to overall marketing goals, sets up social media specific goals, and tracks, analyzes, and reports on performance against these goals.
Develops and maintains social media calendar in collaboration with brand, demand gen, content, product, and partner marketing teams, ensuring it’s aligned with and supporting other teams’ activities.
Consistently grows social media followership and improves performance across channels.
Develops, maintains, and enforces guidelines, processes, and standards related to Fosfor’s presence on various social channels.
Manages issues related to spam and inappropriate comments.
Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in social media marketing.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Examples of social campaign content—both copy and images—you have developed are required. Please submit screenshots and/or links to these with your application.
Proven ability to plan and manage complex multi-channel social media calendars.
Excellent organizational and project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, especially ability to analyze and report on data in Excel.
B2B SaaS software marketing experience required.
Experience managing organic for a B2B software company required; experience managing X, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook would be a bonus.
Familiarity with decision intelligence, business intelligence, advanced analytics, data management, data science, and AI/ML concepts is a huge bonus.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
Three+ years of related experience required.
