Position Overview:
We are urgently seeking experienced and passionate Lecturers Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality instruction to Class 6 to 9 students aiming to excel in the IIT-JEE examination. This role requires a deep understanding of the IIT-JEE syllabus, outstanding pedagogical skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons tailored to the IIT-JEE syllabus for Class 6 to 9 students.- Needs to visit schools for Lectures.- Create and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students&; problem-solving skills and conceptual understanding.- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback and support.- Develop and maintain teaching materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and practice tests, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the curriculum.- Participate in curriculum development and improvement activities, incorporating the latest educational trends and methodologies.- Provide mentorship and academic counseling to students, guiding them towards achieving their IIT-JEE aspirations.- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and productive learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Master's degree or higher degree in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics or passed out from any medical college .- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record of preparing students for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE.- Strong subject matter expertise and a passion for teaching Bota.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online education platforms.- A creative thinker with a knack for devising innovative teaching methods.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
