The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce environments across various industries, with a strong focus on user adoption, data integrity, and process automation. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leveraging Salesforce to drive business efficiency and growth.Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain Salesforce orgs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) including user management, security, permissions, and access controls.- Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and process builder automation.- Develop and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.- Lead configuration and customization of Salesforce to align with business requirements and industry best practices.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.- Manage data quality initiatives including data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and data import/export using tools like Data Loader and Salesforce DX.- Configure and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, payment gateways) using APIs and middleware.- Support user training, documentation, and change management to ensure high adoption and satisfaction.- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and uptime.- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.- Implement and enforce Salesforce governance policies, including change management, version control, and sandbox strategies.Requirements:- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) or equivalent.- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security models (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules), and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).- Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, including import/export, data quality, and master data management.- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), or native tools.- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices (CI/CD, change sets, metadata API, Salesforce DX).- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., BFS, Healthcare, Retail) is a plus.Nice to Have:- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder certification.- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Components.- Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud.- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud.- Experience with Salesforce performance optimization and scalability planning.Immediate Joiner:- We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team immediately.- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, with 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce environments, and be able to start working on day one.- We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.Note: Need only Immediate Joiners.
