Our team is committed to excellence, innovation, and building long-term partnerships rooted in quality.‍  Role: Post-Press / Post-Production SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced Print & Post-Press Production Supervisor from the print & packaging industry to oversee day-to-day production, quality, and manpower coordination across post-press and finishing departments. The role requires strong expertise in printed cartons, corrugated packaging, and finishing processes, with the ability to supervise teams, identify errors early, and maintain high-quality standards.The supervisor will manage the execution of production plans shared by the Plant Head, ensure timely workflow across lamination, foiling, UV coating, die cutting, embossing, pasting, stripping, sorting, and QC stations. This includes monitoring machine operators, ensuring adherence to specifications, verifying quality at each stage, and preventing avoidable errors.The role demands hands-on understanding of packaging materials, print finishing, fabrication, and corrugation processes. The supervisor must ensure smooth inter-department coordination, proper allocation of manpower, and adherence to timelines. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality records, preparing shade cards, ensuring accurate finishing outcomes, and ensuring every job is completed as per client and internal standards.Candidate Profile:> Must have previous experience working in a print & packaging manufacturing unit.> In-depth knowledge of post-press, finishing, fabrication, and corrugation processes.> Strong understanding of printed cartons, corrugated boxes, and finish quality parameters.> Proven ability to supervise teams, manage manpower, and control shop-floor operations.> Reliable, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to handle pressure and tight timelines.> Ability to spot errors quickly, take corrective action, and maintain production efficiency.> Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.> Hands-on, practical approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.✅  Ideal Candidate Must Have the Following Key Skills:> Post-press operations: lamination, foiling, UV coating, die cutting, embossing, pasting, stripping, sorting> Quality control & print finishing accuracy> Printed cartons & corrugated packaging knowledge> Shade card preparation & print-quality evaluation> Production planning & execution> Manpower allocation & team supervision> Fabrication and corrugation process understanding> Error identification & corrective action> Workflow coordination with Plant Head & production teams> Strong organizational and leadership abilitiesHow to Apply:Think you're ready to lead post-press like a pro?
