Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Other tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, creating job descriptions, and maintaining candidate databases. The HR Recruiter will also assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Recruiting, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
  • Experience in managing the hiring process and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and maintaining candidate databases
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
