Roles:
Directly supervise quality processes from shop-floor to field operations.
Conduct vendor audits and enhance supplier quality performance.
Hold authority for approving quality standards and COPQ action plans.

Responsibilities :
Supervising quality control for truck and bus assembly to meet OEM standards.
Leading quality teams to ensure comprehensive quality management.
Implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS) throughout operations.
Monitoring COPQ and minimizing poor quality costs.
Improving supplier quality through enhancement plans.
Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborating with departments for design enhancements.
Generating quality reports and ensuring adherence to standards.
Fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
