Position Overview:

Sàwai Capital

is seeking an energetic and charismatic Luxury Sales Manager to oversee its portfolio of super luxury real estate assets in Goa. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering bespoke client experiences. This role is centered around managing HNI and UHNI relationships, exclusively working with Sàwai’s top clients to drive real estate investments in Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:- Act as the single point of contact for Sàwai’s elite HNI and UHNI clients interested in Goa investments.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their investment preferences and goals.

2. Sales- Present Sàwai’s exclusive real estate assets in Goa to clients through personalized pitches, meetings, and site visits.- Leverage your interpersonal skills to convert prospects into successful transactions.

3. Market Expertise:- Stay updated on Goa’s luxury real estate trends and provide insights to clients to guide their investment decisions.- Ensure clients have access to premium and off-market properties, reinforcing Sàwai’s exclusive value proposition.

4. Client Engagement:- Host client-focused events and experiences

to enhance client relationships and promote investment opportunities.- Collaborate with Sàwai’s leadership to curate tailored offerings for top-tier clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:- Experience: 1-2 years in luxury sales, real estate, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI clients.- Personality: Outgoing, charismatic, and proactive, with a natural ability to connect with clients and build trust.- Skills:Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Mindset:Results-driven, with a passion for delivering unmatched client service and achieving sales targets.
