Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive will handle RTO-related documentation and Vaahan portal registration works, ensuring timely completion of vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance formalities while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle registration through Vaahan portal.
  • Prepare and process RTO-related documents for new vehicles.
  • Coordinate with RTO offices for submission and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of registration, insurance, and road tax.
  • Handle customer queries related to registration status.
  • Ensure compliance with government rules and timelines.
  • Assist in back-office filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for smooth process.
