Key Responsibilities :

Design, simulate, and prototype analog and digital circuits for industrial products. Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to deliver integrated hardware solutions. Perform testing and debugging to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards. Optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, and performance. Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic components. Develop hardware schematics and Bills of Materials (BOM) using EDA tools. Conduct worst-case analysis to ensure robust and reliable hardware designs. Review PCB layouts to ensure proper thermal management and compliance with EMI/EMC standards. Collaborate with the functional safety team on FMEDA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis) activities. Perform and document hardware functional testing to validate compliance with customer requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from EMI/EMC, thermal, and electrical testing.

Required Skills & Experience :

Hands-on experience in hardware design with a strong emphasis on analog and digital electronics. Extensive knowledge and practical experience in DC/DC converters, Op-Amps, and other critical analog circuits. Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of EMI/EMC considerations and their impact on hardware design and performance. Proven expertise in performing worst-case analysis to ensure hardware reliability across diverse operating conditions. Soft Skills: Good communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field. Experience in automotive, industrial, or other high-reliability sectors is a plus. Familiarity with functional safety standards and testing protocols. Proficiency in design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with PCB design, testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters), and debugging tools.
