Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Product Research Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research to inform product development and improvement. This role involves analyzing market trends, understanding consumer needs, and evaluating competitive products to provide actionable insights that enhance our offerings and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  2. Gather and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, focus groups, and industry reports.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to align research findings with business objectives.
  4. Develop and present insightful reports and recommendations based on research findings.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the success of product launches and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation.

Key Skills and Competencies 

  1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present research findings clearly.
  3. Proficiency in research methodologies and tools, including surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis.
  4. Familiarity with statistical analysis software and tools for data analysis.
  5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. 3 - 6 years of experience in Product research
