Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centred design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and a keen eye for detail. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products, while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.2. Develop user personas, user stories, and user journeys to guide the design process.3. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.4. Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.5. Conduct user research, and usability testing, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data.6. Ensure that designs are accessible, inclusive, and compliant with industry standards and best practices./7. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills Required

1. Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-driven environment.2. Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.3. Proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.4. Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs and requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.

Knowledge Required

1. A deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.2. Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first design approaches.3. Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines and inclusive design.4. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
