  • To AttendPreventive Corrective maintenance and improvement works if any asper schedule; ensure WEGs and related equipment are maintained inneat and tidy and technically acceptable conditions according tostandard engineering practices

  • Ensuring safe working conditions ofself and team all the time as per safety protocols of thecompany.

  • Keep uptodate with all operating/ maintenancemanuals checklists service bulletins etc. applicable to the WEG andassociated equipment carry out servicing activities as per thelatest certified checklists manuals and servicebulletins

  • Coordinate with Central control center tocreate outage for all planned /unplannedactivities

  • Prompt documentation of the work doneindicating consumption of spares/ consumables list further actionsalong with targeted completion dates.

  • Capable of readingdrawing technical documents and understandingprocedure.

  • Ensure that the work log entry is made by thecoworkers also checking open work orders and taking necessaryaction to closed without delay

  • Report abnormalities on OH linesand take corrective action in consultation with the Site Managerinform Site manager of any abnormalities noticed that cannot befixed immediately

  • Inform Site manager of any abnormalitiesnoticed that cannot be fixed immediately

  • Keep uptodate with alloperating/ maintenance manuals checklists service bulletins etc.

  • Applicable to the WEG and associated equipmentcarry out servicing activities as per the latest certifiedchecklists manuals and service bulletins.

  • Train newly recruitedcoworkers & subcontractors

  • Ensure safety and care of all toolstackles measuring instruments and spare parts incustody.

  • Comply with all HSE / ISO & all otherstatutory requirements.

  • Ensure the site office and SCADAroom are maintained in good condition Monitor the performance ofsecurity personnel/ operators report noncompliances Assist in thesubassembly of WEG components at the factory premises wheneverrequired.

  • Check up and submit weekly line loss report /reactive power consumption report of all WTG every weekMonday

  • Coordination with Site Manager store / MAXIMOentries PMS Accounts Shift change Technical Department Interdepartment & KPTCL

  • Monitoring Log Book of each WTGMachine & necessary precautions to be achieve 99% of machineavailability

  • Identify repeated errors and take correctiveactions Maintain tools and communicationequipment.

  • Carry out Housekeeping (5s) activity of allcontrol panels and each WTG as per schedule and levelsagreed

  • Should have knowledge on Hydraulic system& can read Hydraulic oil flow digram.

  • Supervising andensuring a safe working environment for the subcontractors who willbe at site from time to time.

  • Need to prepare Daily Generationreport & Insurance related documents for Business interruption& Material failure)

  • Having thorough knowledge ofMicrosoft tools

  • Supporting and being ready for all internalexternal audits legal audits CEIG inspections at windfarm from timeto time.

  • Participating in RCA meetings and suggestingnew ideas in problem solving to achieve theobjectives.

  • Achieving objectives projected by Site headdepartment head.

  • Prepare Monthly Quarterly & yearly turbineperformance report MTTR & MTBF reports
