Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and workflows, coupled with expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including modules such as Employee Service Center, Case and Knowledge Management, and HR Service Catalog.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Architect end-to-end HR service delivery processes, workflows, and integrations to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business needs, including UI customization, data modeling, and business rule implementation.
  • Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment guides.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and consultants on best practices for ServiceNow HRSD implementation and development.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends related to HR service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of HRSD projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) certification is required.
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions for medium to large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, including employee onboarding, offboarding, case management, and employee self-service.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Scripting, Workflows, UI Policies, and Integration Hub.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
