Responsibilities


Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using the Laravel PHP framework.

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and scalability needs.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead by example in adopting best practices and coding standards.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality software solutions

Identify and implement performance optimization opportunities to enhance the speed and scalability of applications.

Diagnose and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

Create and maintain technical documentation for software solutions, APIs, and processes.

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development with a focus on Laravel framework.

Proficient in PHP and Laravel.

Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js or React.

Experience with database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving collective goals.

Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
