Envertiz Study Abroad offers students to select their preferred course of study from different countries from top colleges/universities. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Study Abroad Manager to lead our international education programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordination of developing, promoting, and managing study abroad opportunities for students in the Study abroad team. This role involves collaborating with universities, coordinating logistics, and providing support to students throughout their international experience.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage study abroad programs, including partnerships with international institutions.Conduct informational sessions and workshops to promote study abroad opportunities.Maintain relationships with partner institutions and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.Monitor and assess program effectiveness, making improvements as necessary.Stay informed about trends in international education and study abroad best practices.Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Set clear team goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Identify training and development needs and facilitate professional growth opportunities.Oversee the planning and execution of team projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Allocate resources efficiently and manage budgets as needed.Address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise within the team promptly and effectively.Encourage innovative solutions and a proactive approach to challenges.Track team performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Foster a culture of motivation and engagement, recognizing and celebrating team achievements.Encourage open dialogue and feedback to enhance team dynamics.Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for team growth and improvement.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in education, international relations, or a related field.Vast experience in study abroad program management or international education.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultures.Proficiency in using student information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Passion for global education and enhancing student experiences.Ability to lead a team to achieve organizational goals.
