Job Overview: As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping and promoting our company’s employer brand. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy, articulate the company's EVP (employer value proposition ) enhance employee engagement and retention, and increase talent attraction and recruitment efficiency. You will be the voice and visual storyteller for our company's LinkedIn page and other social media platforms, highlighting our achievements, employee stories, and culture.

Responsibility:

Employer Brand Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with our business objectives and culture.

Articulate the company's employer value proposition (EVP), ensuring alignment with corporate values and business objectives.

Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.

Content Creation and Management:

Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, careers websites, blogs, and employee testimonials.

Manage and update the careers section of the company website to ensure it reflects our brand and attracts potential candidates.

Social Media and Online Presence:

Manage the company’s employer brand presence on social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.).

Develop and execute social media campaigns to engage potential candidates and promote company culture.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Partner with recruitment teams to develop strategies that enhance candidate experience and talent pipeline

Employee Advocacy:

Encourage and facilitate employee advocacy programs to amplify the company’s brand through authentic employee stories and experiences.

Organize and promote internal events that foster employee engagement and showcase company culture.

Metrics and Analysis:

Track and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives using relevant metrics and KPIs.

Regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in employer branding, social media management, or content creation.

Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and social media management tools.

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience in creating compelling content.

Basic graphic design skills, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.

Creativity and innovation in developing content and engagement strategies.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
