Finance and Project Management Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Should handle crucial role in managing financial and administrative tasks
• Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Analyzing financial data, trends, and performance metrics.
• Preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Identifying areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement
• Monitoring budgetary performance and identifying discrepancies.
• Assisting in billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and
scheduling.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and as per client requirements.
• Building relationships with external partners, vendors, and clients.
• Identifying financial and operational issues and proposing solutions.
• Contributing to strategic planning and goal-setting activities.
• Managing office stock, preparing regular reports and organizing company records.
• Allocate and manage and monitor project resources effectively.
• Handle Employees in work site and their work, attendance.
• Ensure the stock in work site.
• Track expenses, review invoices, and report on budgetary status regularly.
• Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations. Attend meetings when required to take notes
and facilitate follow-up actions.
• Negotiations with Vendors and finalising the best price for purchase.
• Guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.
• Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk
Skills and Qualifications:
• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experienced in construction field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
