Requirements
The core responsibilities are:

  • Design and implement end-to-end test strategies for data migration across legacy and modern eCommerce platforms
  • Validate data integrity, transformation logic, and system compatibility
  • Perform source-to-target data validation using ETL tools, and custom scripts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business rules and transformation logic
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and automation testing for migrated data
  • Lead testing efforts for SAP Commerce Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager backend configurations
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
  • Support UAT and assist business users in validating migrated data
  • Document test results, issues, and resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards
  • Provide input into automation strategy and CI/CD integration for data validation

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in data migration projects
  • Proven experience in eCommerce platform migration, especially SAP and Adobe
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data profiling tools
  • Experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data quality frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • ISTQB or equivalent testing certification preferred
