The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

● As part of the Fugistics Strategy & Service profiling team, the Analytics Manager would focus primarily on developing plans, new models, deriving insights & discovering underlying trends from data that underpin sound business decisions & drive efficiency.● Responsibilities include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other decision makers/managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions.● The role calls for a strong understanding of key performance indicators of e-commerce Operations (Fulfillment & Logistics) as well as plenty of experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis.● Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.● Identifying the problem and structuring it to deliver the desired outcomes independently.● Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.● Making and preparing thoughtful and insightful dashboards which are interactive and contribute to the decision making.● Work cohesively with several project owners, business analysts and developers to deliver the analysis framework that enables delivery of insights into efficiency & scale improvements.● Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to havemaximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders.● Mane and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modeling, visualization, and communication outputs.● Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement.
What you’ll need?
● Minimum 4+ years of work experience as a Planning Manager/Analytics Manager/ Analytics Lead.● Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory.● Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with an ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze the data, understand root cause, and propose solutions.● Experience working with senior decision-makers and multiple stakeholders.● Strong communication/interpersonal skills with good fluency in English.● An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with an avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges and generate new ideas.● Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information technology, MIS or related field.● Exposure to standard statistical methods like forecasting, regression, clustering techniques, classification techniques.● Exemplary problem solving and analytical skills.● Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.● Strong sense of ownership of work with resourcefulness, self Starters are highly preferred.● Deep expertise in Planning , Analytics, especially hands on with SQL, Big query, and other analytical tools.● Hands-on experience on Data Visualization Tools especially Google Data Studio & Power BI.● Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge will be a value add for this role.● Knowledge of Programming Languages - R/Python (Preferred but not mandatory).
