Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter at Deora Hyundai in Jodhpur. The role involves overseeing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions.
Sourcing candidates: Using avariety of sources to find candidates, including social media, and may attend job fairs.
Screening applications: Review resumes and CVs to shortlist candidates for interviews.
Scheduling interviews: Schedule interviews and may also conduct them.
Negotiating salaries: Negotiate salaries with candidates and work with hiring managers to ensure a good fit for both parties.
Managing background checks: Conduct background and reference checks on candidates, either themselves or with an external service.
Maintaining records: Keeping database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.
Building relationships: Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and job specifications.
Contributing to talent acquisition: Contribute to the company's overall talent acquisition strategy and maintain the company's employer brand.
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
Experiance-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications
Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates
Time-management skills and multitasking ability
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
With Experience of around 3+ years in the similar industry would add on
