We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment to join our APAC Summits business unit as a Junior Sales Executive. Through in-person Summits, we curate matches between buyers and sellers via guaranteed, pre-qualified, mutually agreed one-to-one meetings. We work with world leaders in a variety of industries, including healthcare, legal, pharmaceutical, investments, energy, and packaging. Our client base is comprised of C-level executives from 98% of existing fortune 1000 companies. As a Junior Sales Executive , you will be responsible for identifying top solution providers in the industry and matching them with the right clients. You’ll engage with senior-level executives, learn about their growth goals, and turn that insight into valuable business opportunities. This role is ideal if you want to start your career in B2 B International Sales. A successful candidate will develop into a Senior Account Executive after achieving initial milestones. We recognize excellence and are fully committed to developing impactful future leaders. This is an in-person role located in our Mumbai office . Key Responsibilities Engage with C-Level audiences, generating leads and prospecting over the phone. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitching and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Create and execute strategic sales campaigns. Nurturing new and existing client relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong interest in sales and a good acumen for commercial thinking. Confident, outgoing, and resilient personality. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Active listening and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and grow professionally. Good time management and organizational abilities. Team player with a collaborative spirit. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); familiarity with CRM is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Enjoy a guaranteed base salary plus a commission structure.
