Position- Senior Project Quality Analyst (Civil) Experience- 6 to 8 years’ experience in Architectural / Civil domain. Hands on experience using software tools BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office. Qualification- BE(Civil) Location- Pune Roles & Responsibilities:- Analyst will not work on projects, but monitor all the projects independently and help project teams as & when required. Thorough Project Initiation meeting by- Ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood & documented. Ensure all inputs required are available Ensure availability of appropriate Guidelines, Checklists, and Templates etc. Ensure availability of Work flows, Communication plans BIM – Ensure availability of proper BIM execution plan. Co-ordinate / Conduct training on BIM Develop Templates, Standards etc. Ensuring Engineering Quality delivery to customers- Ensure checking process compliance by reviewing INPUT to OUTPUT cycle. Undertake spot checking of various engineering deliverables from technical stand point & share observations with the team. Review & Analyze comments from customer for changes / errors. Update guidelines / checklist as appropriate. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions between project teams Ensure Interdisciplinary checking (IDC) is effectively carried out within Arch, MEP & Structural team. Software support on Revit, AutoCAD- Share / Spread best practices/ tricks & techniques / short keys / utilities Co-ordinate for developing additional features, tools. E.G. Revit Add Ins
