Job Description Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes. Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making and strategy development. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives. Monitor internal controls and implement improvements as needed. Analyze Customer Contract Financial Performance Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team. Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required. The Successful Applicant A successful BU Controller should have: Charted Accountant (CA). Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance-related role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards. Experience in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
