We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of goods, services, and materials essential for our operations in Nashik. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of the local market and supply chain dynamics in Nashik and surrounding areas.Responsibilities:Supplier Identification and Evaluation (Nashik Focus): Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers within Nashik and other relevant regions, considering factors such as quality, price, reliability, and service.Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other crucial terms with suppliers to secure the most advantageous agreements for the company, keeping in mind local market pricing.Procurement Planning: Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and forecast demand for goods and services relevant to our Nashik operations.Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details and specifications are included.Order Tracking and Follow-up: Monitor the status of purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods in our Nashik facilities or as required.Inventory Management Liaison: Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or shortages of materials used in Nashik.Vendor Relationship Management (Local Emphasis): Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers in Nashik and other strategic locations.
