SUMMARY

Job Title: Project Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new Architecture, Contractors, Builders.
  • Provide support and training to the team.
  • Manage the performance of existing projects and devise strategies to enhance their sales and revenue.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Architecture, Contractors, Builders, and collaborate closely with them to achieve mutual goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Project sales within the building material industry.
  • Age should be between 25 years - 30 years.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in presenting to partners and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the Project management field.
