Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering and Analysis Engage with clients to understand business processes requirements and objectives related to time tracking and attendance management Conduct detailed workshops and interviews with business users HR professionals and IT teams to capture and document functional and technical requirements Analyze clients existing time management processes and propose solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities Solution Design and Configuration Design endtoend solutions for time tracking including time recording approval workflows absences overtime and compliance with labor laws Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module in alignment with documented business requirements and best practices Integrate Time Tracking with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Payroll and thirdparty systems as needed Document functional specifications configuration guides and solution architecture diagrams Implementation and Deployment Lead or participate in endtoend implementation projects including solution design system build testing data migration and golive support Manage project timelines milestones risks and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and client stakeholders Develop and execute detailed unit integration and user acceptance testing UAT plans to ensure the delivered solution meets client expectations Conduct knowledge
