The Project Lead willcomply with SW department processes and follow the priorities and schedules defined by project’s R&D PM.ResponsibilitiesKey Deliverables:Strong CommunicatorTo be an effective SW PL, concise communications is key within the SW team itself and also reporting up to the R&D PTMand across the other Function Owners delivering within the projectGood PlanningUpdated project planning documents including resource forecastingIn charge of the robust project execution in line with the project’s targetsEnsures SW development processes are followedReports progress and resources to SW Dept and project weeklyContributing to process development as requiredCustomer FacingRepresent the SW team at the customer level so will need to have customer experience previouslyOverall responsibility of the successful management of the SW project and reporting up into the R&D PTMSupports R&D PM for customer interface in SW issuesDetailed scheduling and budgetingContribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investmentsEstablish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones and a have a good understanding of the requiredresources needed to deliver project tasksDeliver SW projects on time, within scope and on budgetManagement of the contributorsDaily management of SW projectAssign tasks and work packages to SW team membersAligns external deliveries to manageable integration tasksEducation/TrainingWhat education and education level are necessary for the position? Minimum Degree in engineering preferably in the fields of electronics / computer science Master of Science in Computer sciences or Software Engineering or equivalent domain preferableProfessional ExperienceHow many years of professional experience in a specific professional area are required for the position? Min 5 years experience preferably in automotive embedded software Min 5 years of relevant SW project management, methodologies and software experience Strong leadership skills / potential Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, enforcement assets and focus on results Fluent knowledge of English Ability to manage projects across multiple timezones / cross-cultural cooperation Automotive SPICE experience is an advantageKey Competences (Transversal/Professional)Competence LevelManages Product 2Communication 3Team Player 2Problem Solving 3Project Management 3San Gen Shugi attitude 2LanguagesFluent communication (written and spoken) in EnglishOther Specifications Ability to travel to customer meetings Innovative and creative mindset Ability to tolerate stress and turbulent working environment.Job:R&D Team Leader/Architect
