Role And Responsibilities: Manage Data Principal Access Requests (DPARs) and other rights requests from data principals, ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable laws. Coordinate with internal departments and cross function stakeholders (Legal, IT, HR, etc.) to gather necessary information for fulfilling requests. Maintain detailed records of all requests and responses, ensuring audit readiness. Develop and update procedures for handling data principal rights requests and grievance requests. Define and implement escalation protocols for unresolved or complex Data Principal Rights requests. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average response time, SLA adherence rate, and request volume trends. Define & operationalize metrics/KPIs for tracking request volumes, resolution times, and compliance Provide training and guidance to employees on handling data principal rights. Monitor regulatory developments and update internal processes accordingly. Simulate DSARs requests and identify areas of improvements Monitor SLAs for responding to Data Principal Rights and take appropriate actions in case of any breach in SLAs Support investigations into complaints or breaches related to data principal rights.
