Tech Lead


Key Responsibilities :


- Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, providing strategic direction and ensuring quality output. Guide the team through the design, development, and deployment phases.


- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient backend and frontend solutions.


- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.


- Conduct regular code reviews, establish best practices, and ensure the team adheres to coding standards. Focus on maintaining a high standard of code quality and software architecture.


- Work with product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and other teams to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.


- Continuously research and introduce new technologies and frameworks to improve the efficiency and performance of the product.


- Identify bottlenecks in applications, optimize performance, and ensure the systems are robust, scalable, and efficient.


Skills and Qualifications :


- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.


- Strong knowledge of Node.js, React.js (or Angular/Vue), JavaScript/TypeScript, or other modern web technologies.


- Hands-on experience with backend technologies, RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).


- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with serverless

architectures is a plus.


- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, GitHub, etc.


- Familiarity with best practices in security, scalability, and performance tuning.


- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Proven experience in leading a development team and managing stakeholders.


Technical Skills :


Programming Languages : JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, etc.


Frontend Frameworks : React, Angular, Vue.js.


Backend Technologies : Node.js, Express.js, or similar.


Databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.


Cloud Services : AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.


Version Control : Git, GitHub, GitLab.
